From Sentry alert to fix pull request.

Paste the alert's title and stack trace into codna fix --issue, or label the GitHub issue codna-fix. Codna maps the repository for zero tokens, follows the call paths named in the trace, and fixes from the evidence bundle.

The pull request states the issue, the root cause, the symbols touched and a confidence score, and asks for review before merging. Add --open-pr on the command line, or let the GitHub App open it for you.
